HOW WILL MY PURCHASED BE SHIPPED?

We will take every precaution in shipping your order. Your product(s) will be sent by carrier USPS, UPS or FEDEX, unless otherwise specified. Insurance is added to the shipping costs.

Please note the following terms and conditions that you accept when ordering from us: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Live It Up Wear, Inc. (www.liveitupwear.com) is not responsible for undeliverable addresses or incorrect recipient names and addresses.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Unless you ask for something different, your order will be sent by UPS or Fedex Ground Service if you are within the 48 Contiguous States and the District of Columbia. Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be sent by UPS 2nd Day Air or Fedex Ground (Alaska & Hawaii).

The website will calculate the precise shipping costs based on the total weight of your order.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a new box with sufficient protective packing material.

If your order is damaged, it will be promptly replaced, or you may receive a refund if you prefer. You need to let us know as soon as possible if your order has been damaged so that we can file for a damage claim. Do not return any damaged merchandise before contacting us at customerservice@liveitupwear.com  or (954) 762-3193.

Over 98% of the items that we carry are in stock. If something that you order is out of stock, we will let you know right away. Your item can be sent when it arrives again from the Caribbean or Africa, or you can choose to order something else, or have your money refunded.


CHARGES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

1. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

2. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES?

All in stock items are shipped within two business days from your order date. Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for standard delivery of most items within the Continental US. Orders are delivered to your house and a physical street address is needed including a phone number in case we need to contact you.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE

Items that are oversized or heavy will incur an additional delivery charge of $10.95-$350.00 when those items ship. The additional delivery amount for each of these products is specified in the product description and in your shopping cart.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the merchandise weight on the shopping cart page. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.


CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Buyers from outside the United States will be responsible for import fees, vats (value added taxes) and custom charges. They will need to check with their Customs Office.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Currently our on-line store cannot split an order for shipment to more than one address. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address. All applicable delivery and handling charges will be charged for each order.

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGED MERCHANDISE?

If your order arrives damage, you must note all damages to the carrier before accepting the order and then let us know about it ASAP. All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed before shipment is made to our customers.

If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on your statement. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

RETURN & CREDIT POLICY

If it is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to customer error.
